1. Description of Services
KEY TV Service provides access to IPTV-related technology, software configuration, digital setup assistance, and streaming facilitation services only. The Company does not host, transmit, broadcast, own, license, or distribute any television channels, movies, or media content
All content accessed through IPTV services is provided by independent third-party sources over which the Company has no control.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase or use the services. By using the services, you represent and warrant that you are legally eligible to enter into this Agreement.
3. User Responsibilities & Legal Compliance
You acknowledge and agree that:
• You are solely responsible for how the services are used
• You are responsible for determining whether IPTV usage is legal in your jurisdiction
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws
• You will not use the services for unlawful purposes
KEY TV Service assumes no responsibility or liability for improper, unauthorized, or illegal use of IPTV services.
4. No Content Ownership or Control
KEY TV Service:
• Does not control or curate content
• Does not guarantee availability of any channel or program
• Does not guarantee content legality or licensing
• Does not influence third-party streaming sources
Content availability may change without notice.
5. Service Availability & Modifications
The Company reserves the right to:
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time
• Change features, pricing, or service access
• Restrict or terminate user access for violations
Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party issues, or technical limitations.
6. Payments, Billing & Refund Policy
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
• All sales are final
• No refunds or chargebacks are permitted
• Subscription access is non-transferable
Any chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate service termination.
7. No Warranties
All services are provided “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.”
KEY TV Service expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:
• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uptime or uninterrupted service
• Content quality or accuracy
• Device compatibility
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KEY TV Service shall not be liable for any:
• Direct or indirect damages
• Incidental or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business
• Service interruptions or buffering
• ISP throttling or blocking
• Third-party actions or content
• Legal or regulatory consequences
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the preceding 30 days.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KEY TV Service, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:
• Your use of the services
• Violation of laws or regulations
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights
10. Account Suspension & Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access without notice if you:
• Violate these Terms
• Engage in unlawful activity
• Abuse or misuse services
• Attempt unauthorized access or resale
Termination does not entitle you to any refund.
11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, branding, software configurations, and service materials provided by KEY TV Service remain the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.
12. Third-Party Services
The Company is not responsible for third-party applications, platforms, ISPs, payment processors, or content providers. Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
13. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration, conducted in the Company’s principal place of business, under applicable arbitration rules. Users waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which KEY TV Service is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and KEY TV Service and supersede all prior agreements, communications, or representations.
17. Changes to Terms
KEY TV Service reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
18. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, accessing, installing, or using KEY TV Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
